To systematic review and synthesize the literature on the effectiveness of technology-based learning tools used to train automobile insurance claims adjusters on evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.

To develop a technology-based learning tool to improve automobile claims adjusters knowledge about the management of neck pain using an evidence-based clinical practice guideline.

To evaluate the learning, design, and engagement constructs toward the technology-based learning tool.
